We need 2 days' advance notice and the track 2 days before the embargo date to allow us to prepare the job and guarantee the correct arrival time.
We email stations prior to the embargo delivery time, alerting them that the track is being delivered in advance of the embargo date.
We can also send promotional information to the radio stations in advance to build up awareness.
