To execute your booking, we will need:

A copy of the track on CD

The CD sleeve artwork or artist photo (jpeg)
|
|

A Press Release and/or the artist's biography to be supplied as an A4 'Word' document
|
|
|
The track's release date
|
|
|
The PRS details
|
|
|
Distribution instructions - which stations to send to (a Fastrax package or individual stations)
|
|
|
The date when the track should be serviced
|
|
|
Video clip - Please supply video on VHS or beta
|
|
|
Hook time (in seconds)
|
|
|
Please have your material to us by 6pm. It will be delivered to locations overnight

A Digi Beta, Beta SP or Data DVD of the content (in PAL format).
|
|
|
A Press Release and/or the artist's biography to be supplied as an A4 'Word' document
|
|
|
The track's release date
|
|
|
Distribution instructions - i.e. which TV sites and when the video should be serviced
|
|
|
As above for Review Video, but a Digi Beta or Beta SP is required, preferably with an aspect ratio of 16.9 FHA.
One copy of the video on Digi Beta or Beta SP can be used for servicing both Review Video and Broadcast Video. The Beta tape can be returned by post.
